More and more clients are buying electric or plug-in hybrid cars. Charging at home overnight is the most convenient and cheapest option.
16 A or 32 A?
- 16 A – about 3.7 kW (single-phase) or 11 kW (three-phase). Ideal for daily commuting.
- 32 A – about 7.4 kW (single-phase) or 22 kW (three-phase). For large batteries or several cars.
The choice depends on your available grid power, your car and how fast you need it charged.
Smart charging
As part of a smart home, the charger starts during low-tariff hours or when the solar panels produce a surplus, and never overloads the installation while other big appliances run.
In the calculator you can pick “EV Chargers - 16 A” or “EV Chargers - 32 A”.
